CdC Homeowners Association
Dear Home Owners of Costasur/Casa de Campo:
This website is designed to keep you informed of the latest actions taking place with the CDC Home Owners Association.
In early April 2011, there was a meeting of interested homeowners who discussed the formation of a Home Owners association for Property Owners of Casa de Campo / Costaur. It was agreed that formal registration of the Association should be started.
The legal process is now in its final stages for registration, and a Provisional Board of Directors has been approved to begin the development process. The official name of the Association is to be the “Asociación de Dueños de Inmuebles de CdeC, Inc.’’ and its ByLaws are in final draft form and currently available here for comment by current and potential Association members.
The purpose of the Association is to contribute in the development of a homeowners community which takes actions in order to obtain for its members the enjoyment of a safe, clean and attractive community and environment, promotes the social interaction among its members, creates the mechanisms to better enjoy and manage the members’ properties, improves the welfare of the homeowners’ employees, and in general, helps to maintain a high standard and quality in all concerning Casa de Campo, where we all have a vested interest.
At present we already have a significant number of owners confirmed to become members of the association, and on this website, we have a form ready to fill out for homeowners to become members of the association. We want to urge all homeowners to fill the form ASAP, and to tell other homeowners to do the same. We want to assure you of the utmost discretion with the identity of each member at this time and hope you become a member and participate to make the Association a very successful enterprise for the benefit of all.
